This review is for the Stoneham location (can't find a separate TripAdvisor link for it). We stayed at the Jacques Cartier National Park for 2 nights and this was our go-to place for beer & food. We stopped on our way into the park for...More

We came on a Wednesday during lunch and it was very very busy! My partner ordered poutine and I had the French onion soup. Both dishes tasted fantastic. Our server was attentive and friendly. Overall, a very pleasant lunch.

Definitly the best brewery in Quebec city. A lot but a lot of choices in beer style. For a Beer Geek like me this was a must stop. The food is also really good. Awesome spot! I would recommand it to anyone.

Busy microbrew/pub next to student college. Good choice of housebrewed beers and interesting menu. Had the poutine with blue cheese and bacon, it was generous and delicious. Good pairing with the American Stout ale. Would go back anytime. Vraiment une bonne bouffe. Retournerai n'importe quand!

Very nice microbrewery with good food! We began with a 5 beer sampler selected by our bilingual waitress. Although they had a lot of items to choose from, such as poutins, French fries covered with different cheeses and toppings, we opted for a cheeseburger topped...More

We were a group of 8 on a Thursday night and we had an excellent experience. This place caters more to the local crowd than the tourists since it is a bit away from the main touristic areas. It was also very noisy with festive...More

18 beers brewed on site, including two in cask. From sour beers to sweet ones, through other promoting hops, yeast and / or grains : we explore the multiple flavours and textures beer offers.
