The dishes have great flavor although the portion sizes aren't as filling as other Quebec dishes. I would recommend a reservation as even if the restaurant isn't busy, the service is slower, so you may be denied a seat. Also, BYOB (there's a wine shop right across the street).

Based on TripAdvisor reviews we had supper here one cold and windy evening while visiting Quebec City. It certainly didn't disappoint. The meal was absolutely delicious from the vegetable soup to the baklava and mint tea. The ambiance and service were warm. Don't miss this great find!

Lamb and prunes with cous cous, very authentic and reasonably priced. Redone, owner and server made sure that our party of four were well looked after. Dessert was baklava, fresh and slightly different from the usual Greek style. Dinner for two with dessert was about $50.

Chicken was succulent and the lamb was quite good. Nice yet simple ambience. Cheap eats and really accessible location. The mint tea was delicious.

We should have known since we were the only ones there. After ordering dinner our waiter came out with a bucket of bleach and mopped the stairs. Our grape leaves were good but our mains just awful.I ordered lamb tagine which tasted like beef stew. Husband ordered tagine with prunes. Neither came with couscous. We eat middle eastern food a... For the past 10-15 years, every time I come to Québec City I eat at this restaurant because the food was good. Well no more. The lamb was so tough and did not melt in my mouth like it had in the past. The knife wouldn't even cut through the lamb. The chicken in my husband's couscous royale had two... More

We absolutely loved the food here and really appreciated everything being freshly prepared for us. We all enjoyed the sample starter followed by perfectly cooked lamb kebabs and chicken tagine with prunes. Being too full for deserts the mint tea is wonderful. Our host was courteous and charming. A lucky find so close to our condo.

We read the reviews and wanted to go. When we walked in 2/3 of the tables were open. They would not seat us, though they were seating other walk-ins (with no reservation). The server said he could not seat 5, it would block the isle. So I suggested we split into two tables of 3 and 2. He said no.... More

We don't have any Moroccan restaurants where we live and enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant however the service was pretty slow so be sure to allow extra time.
