Hands down the best restaurant in Quebec City. My girlfriend and I went on a Sunday night. The restaurant was full, but quiet. The food was amazing and really good service too.

i liked the food but felt that the waiters became overwhelmed with the number of customers. they need more servers/a maitre'd to help them give as good a service as panache

Visited Toast! recently and ordered the five course tasting menu with wine pairings. It was a sublime meal especially the smoked scallops, the veal sirloin and the outstanding clementine souffle! The service was superb, attentive but not overly so.

I would suggest smart casual or cocktail dress. We dined in a collared shirt, bow tie and blazer, and a black cocktail dress with heels.
