Stopped in and had some amazing paella. Love going there, such a fun atmosphere and yummy food. Had their feature drink "after 8" which was a very tasty chocolate mint martini. Super recommend this place, need to stop in for a taste of Portugal.

Probably one of the dumbest decision I've ever made. A few friends of mine came in late Friday night for food and drinks. The place was semi empty and that should've given us some hints but they let us in. We ordered drinks and we...More

Stopped in for a couple drinks as we explored St Laurent Boulevard in the hot sun. It was VERY evident that La Cabane du Portugal has regulars. I noticed staff calling customers by name. This was nice and almost made me envious! Anyhow, we enjoyed...More

While tourists and locals were queued-up waiting for some world-famous smoked meat, my husband and I were contentedly seated across the street drinking mojitos and sangria at La Cabane du Portugal. No visit to Montreal is complete without a trip to the old port, a...More

Stopped in to enjoy the best shrimp dish ever. The freshness of the seafood was incredible. The piri-piri shrimp were sublime. Delicious with a nice cold beer as the weather is slowly evolving to warmer times. The service was excellent. Again we were greeted by...More

After eating across the street at Schwartz's, visited La Cabane for drinks. Alex the bartender was very welcoming and friendly. The good vibes continued as we started talking to another tourist and locals. Language differences were irrelevant as we bought each other drinks and had...More

I'll be totally honest with my review. We didn't plan on coming here. We actually planned on eating at the pizza place across the street but they were closed so we came over for a beer to wait. 2 pints and a tapa later we...More
