Excellent spot in downtown Toronto for a pint. Visited with 14 people and the service was great. Had chicken wings, nachos and calamari with drinks. No complaints about this place.

This place is conveniently located in downtown Toronto. The pub has a great outdoor patio for the summer months and patio heater make this place perfect for a pint. The indoor bar is nice too. They serve a breakfast thst resembles somewhat of a fry up which is a bonus. I mainly go here for a pint!

Went looking for a place to sit outside with family. Wasn't disappointed. What we liked best was that you aren't tucked in right next to the busy streets, but are up and away from them. After business hours and rush hour is done, it quiets down remarkably. Food was okay, not expensive. Decent beer selection. If you're looking for the... More

From the moment you are greeted at the door - regardless of how busy it is with the business lunches and friend get-togethers - you are treated like royalty! The wait staff are unbelievably courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. The food is unbelievable whether you choose your own entree or share some of the greatest apps.! Atmosphere on the patio in the mid summer sun was awesome. Had lunch their with friends today August 04th and was nice to be among the city boys. It was a full house but we were promptly seated and served. Our main courses were ready even before we went through the starters. Their chicken nachos and calamari starters were very... More

We were in Toronto for a couple of days and stopped here around 1:30 pm on the way back to the hotel from the Hockey Hall of Fame. We both had salads (Orchard Salad and Caesar Salad) and they were crunchy, flavorful and fresh. The beer selection is great as well. Service was timely in spite of the fact it... More

This pub is an oasis in the middle of Toronto's financial district. Once you enter the doors greeted by a bevy of very attractive servers, you are no longer surrounded by the glass, steel, marble and granite of the skyscrapers above. The place has a warm friendly atmosphere with traditional pub fare well prepared and, of course, a nice variety... More

Location is good and service was fine but the food was simply not up to par. I had the fish and chips, which I must say was extremely greasy. In fact, I had to remove the batter because I couldn't stomach it. Not going back again.

Had lunch here on a Friday (reservation) on the patio. The server was great and the food was pretty good. Had the appetizer baskets and the amount of food for the price was great. They did a great job of honouring our request to sit on the patio when we made our reservation.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
