This little gem has been around forever. The first time I ate there was about 30 years ago. It's fun, well priced and located in a funky part of Queen Street east. Once you've have your fish and chips you take walk around the neighbourhood...More

Today’s visit was a miss. I ordered the famous fish and chips for take away. Upon opening my brown paper bag, I realized that they completely cheaped out on the tartar sauce! I’m sorry, for $17.00 fish and chips, I would expect more than just...More

Purchased traditional Battered Cod and Chips. The fish was really great. Chips were slightly disappointing as they were not the chunky real potato type. But overall great food.

I was disappointed with my first visit at the store due to the food. The fish was under season and greasy. The fries were not crispsy.

This is a great little spot for some excellent fish n' chips. I had the cod (one piece is massive) and fresh chips. The chips were a bit soggy but still delicious. Definitely ask for the tartar sauce. It adds a lot to your meal.

Great, fast, old-style fish&chips! Ask for the tartar sauce because its great and he won't give it to you unless you specifically ask for it. The place could use a renovation.

I eat here about once a month. It is far, far superior to some of the other remaining old-style fish'n'chips places because they serve only large fresh pieces of fish and fresh fries. The price reflects the quality. I always eat in, because there's nothing...More

The fish and chips is great - though the owner a tad dogmatic in a good 'soup Nazi' kind of way. Excellent chips - great chowder - excellent value.

East End
The East End is an eclectic amalgamation of areas that
team up to make this district one of the most
multi-faceted and alluring. Home to Toronto's LGBT
community hub, Gay Village is alive and pumping day or
night with friendly bars, nightclubs, and cafes – its
thumb is on the pulse of excitement. For a more
relaxed day, the East End has the largest collection
of restored Victorian homes, and its stately streets,
