Amazing service, a real respect for their clients and superb food. This is the place to take guests you love, who love food, but who you don't have to impress with flash. Also coconut cream pie = heaven. Sit on the Pasta Bar side in table 8 or 13 for the best views of the city.

Watch the skyline and relax and be pampered, fed and delighted. You can purchase a pie to enjoy later and even share with the unfortunate ones that could not be there.

An annual visit with friends for a consistently great meal, with the best service in town. We eat in the Pasta Bar -- the food, the wine, oh yes!

A classy restaurant set on the first floor of an apartment building. The food at Scaramouche was flavourful and the service was old-school perfect. Highly recommend

Scaramouche has long been celebrated by customers and critics for its unwavering commitment to making each dining experience a memorable one. Chef/owner Keith Froggett's sophisticated cuisine is presented simply with care and attention to detail. The service underscores that philosophy: unobtrusive and respectful. The restaurant affords a stunning nighttime vista of the downtown Toronto skyline. These components and more make Scaramouche the singular destination it is. And the reason that the restaurant is consistently ranked as one of the city's best for more than three decades.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
