Toronto has so many great Chinese restaurants but this isn't one of them. We practically had to beg for service for everything. They didn't give us enough wraps for the Peking duck, and then when we asked for more, they charged us. They also charged more for the green onions. This Chinese family will never eat there again.

Excellent place for Beijing food especially Peking Duck, cut right beside your table, the duck skin is crunchy. In my opinion, it tastes even better than the Peking Duck places I had in Beijing, China. The spring onion cake is also my favorite, the best I ever had. The hot and sour soup is among the best.

We ordered Cantonese Chow Mein-the portion was very generous and delicious-and Fried Pork, which was good, but too greasy. The restaurant was very busy and after we got the food, the servers never came back to our table. They did not bring soya sauce or other condiments. Some tables were too close to one another. Several customers ordered the famous... More

This restaurant is in a strip mall very close to the Ikea store at Leslie and Sheppard in Toronto. Their specialty appears to be Peking duck, which may be where the name comes from (as opposed to being cannibal cuisine). The service was efficient, food very tasty, and prices reasonable. I didn't have the duck, but everything I ordered was... More

My family and I frequent this place for gatherings - birthdays and other celebrations - it's been a norm for the past few years. The place has always been very reasonable with its quality and service. However, management has definitely changed. Portions shrunk. Service terrible. Truly disappointing. Being a regular we forgave the 10 minute delay to be seated with... More

I really don't understand how this place is in business... The food was terrible, the service was OK, but the actual restaurant is huge and almost feels like an abandoned place from the early 80's...

It is so sad to see what was once an great restaurant to now be something I would not even send my dog to for a meal! The food is very poor chinee food. It caters more to the Canadian Chinese food. That is fine if that is what youwant. Good for quick lunch and cheap. But there are so... More

Hard for me to believe that the place was recently renovated (as it was closed as per the previous reviewer for that purpose). It reminds me of a place we used to go in China Town during University. The walls are pink and the decorations are turquoise. We almost walked out as soon as we walked in. The reviews called... More

This restaurant had been around for ages. I went years ago it was ok then and this time, I found the potsticker dumpling ok, and the steamed pork dumpling having way too thick skin. Everything tastes ok but there are of course many places that would make it better. The SHANGHAI NOODLES however was impressive. I had not had better... More
