I've been here a few times and the food is consistently good. While a great selection of authentic tapas, there are almost too many options on the menu making you wonder how well of a job they can actually do on each dish.

We have eaten a number of times here. Reviews are generally commenting on it being a little expensive but 6-7 tapas plates is an excellent meal for 2. try the boquerones ('white anchovy') which are generous and excellent or the standard fare taps of patatas bravas which are well spiced and fresh. Owners in my experience are friendly and helpful... More

First time at this restaurant, had a very light supper, shared the fresh bread & butter, garlic shrimps and gnocchi - all were excellent. Service was fast and friendly, would recommend this restaurant. Unfortunately, they are not open for lunch during the week, only Sat. & Sun. I believe.

We just lucked upon it when hungry, tapas on the signage sounded good and they had paella for one, without an advance order, which is often not the case. I make paella and love it. Its actually a long prep time to do it properly. To do it properly (look it up) one needs to leave in a hot oven... More

We had a horrible experience post dinner when we started asking for the 1k OpenTable dining points that the restaurant posted on OpenTable's website. The reason we checked it out was for the points and to try their tapas. The food wasn't exceptional but it will pass. The tapas were unfortunately lukewarm except for the buerre blanc scallops which the... More

We loved the entertainment of flamenco and belly dancing - its always more fun to have entertainment and music when dining. We did, however, find the food very overpriced - not very good value for one's money.

My wife and I have been going to Casa Barcelona a few times per year for over the past 10 years. This is our special place. I cannot stress how much we love the food, the atmosphere and the service. We are always treated like family there. The only reason we don’t go there more often is because we live... More

We celebrated a friend's 65th birthday at Barcelona last Saturday night. Food was very good but pricey. Service and entertainment were good. The dessert menu included pictures of plated desserts. Our friends ordered strawberry crepes and expected to share 2 crepes as per the menu photo but only one crepe came out of the kitchen. When the owner came by... More

A very sophisticated dining experience at Barcelona. The owner and his wife are extraordinary hosts. We had the tapas dinner for 4 and were very pleased with all the great flavors and variety of the 7 exquisite dishes. The wine selection and cellar is like no other. He's so insightful with his red wine recommendations. It's amazing how they get... More

Recently spent an evening with my wife enjoying some of the best tapas in the city. Great paella and crab cakes along with one of the best Spanish wine lists I've ever seen. Something for every price range.I read most of the reviews and decided to see for myself. Was not disappointed. The owner was both knowledgeable and friendly and... More
