I had the steak burrito mild with everything but beans. It was a unique twist with the noodles but would add more guac and cheese and less sour cream the next time around. It might be better than chipotle and would visit again.

Chino Locos has the tastiest burritos in Toronto. The option of chinese noodles and the fresh ingredients in the huge burritos makes the difference. There is a reason they were featured in you gotta eat here.

Today was my first time at Chino Locos! What a great discovery! i was looking for a great eat on the go its the place! They have great choice of burrito and even vegan burrito! We ordered two burritos; the Sweet (pulled pork with chow mein) and the Off da Hook (rib-eye steak with rice). The meat in the Sweet was cold. There were some fatty chunks in the Off da Hook. Both burritos were boring at best. The experience was thoroughly disappointing overall. On that note, John Catucci, the host of "You Gotta Eat... More

Chino Locos has good burritos but really their staff are not that great if you can get over the cramped space and bad customer service then their food is good but if you are looking for a burrito go somewhere else.

My husband had the jerk chicken burrito and it was very yummy. My burrito was also yummy (beef brisket) but it was a bit chewy and could have used a bit more time cooking. There was a nice and intereresting variety of toppings to choose from. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the Mexican tamarind cola which was sweet & not as... More

Talk about a hole in the wall. You could walk by this place and never notice it. And if you did, you probably wouldn't walk in here. It really looks like a total dump. That being said... This is probably the best Asian-Mexican food I've had. I don't like Mexican food, but I like the twist they have here. I... More

I am agreeing with the "Am I missing something" review below- I went to the Gerrard and Broadview location and it was nothing to write home about inside. I ordered the $8.99 Jerk Chicken special burrito with the works (I got the noodles) and really it wasn't anything amazing. Was it huge? Yes. That is about it. I didn't think... More

We tried the burritos at Chino Locos for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We have had the pulled pork, jerk chicken and BBQ chicken burritos. They are the best we have ever had. You can choose to have your burrito with rice or noodles. Sounds weird, but tastes GREAT! The seasonings and ingredients are brilliant. There is... More

This is my second review. We eat here weekly (at least). The burritos and now the tacos (yippee!) are the city's best - which is a huge accomplishment in a city full of burrito joints. Why is Chino Loco's the best? They use only the freshest ingredients and use their creativity to invent the most delicious fusion combinations - do... More

Staying in East End

Neighbourhood Profile
East End
The East End is an eclectic amalgamation of areas that team up to make this district one of the most multi-faceted and alluring. Home to Toronto's LGBT community hub, Gay Village is alive and pumping day or night with friendly bars, nightclubs, and cafes – its thumb is on the pulse of excitement. For a more relaxed day, the East End has the largest collection of restored Victorian homes, and its stately streets, tree-lined and bursting at the seams with affluence, often sport farmers markets and street artists, epitomized by the effusive St. Lawrence Market. One of the most gorgeous of Toronto's neighborhoods, it also straddles Lake Ontario in an area called The Beach, where you'll find folks cycling and strolling along the sandy shorelines, getting some sun or enjoying shopping, dining, and pub options. For some fabulous food, the vivacious personalities running the restaurants in the East End's Greektown is only equaled by the fun and authenticity of the street stalls and restaurants at its expansive Indian Bazaar. 'Something for everyone' has never been so accurate.
