This place serves up some of the most affordable and delicious tacos I've ever had. I don't even eat fish, but the Baja fish looked too good not to try (It didn't disappoint!). I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The spicy chicken is probably my favorite taco, followed by the Cauliflower and Baja fish. It'll probably be... More

We stopped in for a late lunch on the recommendation of a friend. This place did not disappoint. We were told it's usually busy, but mid-afternoon was perfect. The waiter was very helpful (and super friendly). Food was exceptional.

The place is a bit hipster-hyped, but hey... we came for the tacos, not the beards and lumberjack shirts. And the tacos didn't disappoint. We were there a bit late so a few of the menu items were sold out, but we all managed to feast on the amazing food to the point of contentment.

I've been here twice. Once in 2014. And again in 2016. It just gets better and better! We always get the chips and dip. Salty amazing chips (a tad oily to be honest) but amazing guacamole. We then got our tacos and chicken wings. My boyfriend said they were the best wings he has ever had. And I felt the... More

We visited last night. On initial walkin there is nothing to mention however, when you get to patio out back and start the ordering wow! The calamari although a bit expensive, are really to die for and when the Tacos arrive well, spicy chicken was my favorite as were the prawn ones. Well worth a visit if you are in... More

Came because of the high reviews and we really expected to be wowed. We had a drink and their selection was fair and then ordered food. We had a tuna, ceviche, and several tacos. The tuna was on a brioche (more like a cracker) and it was ok -- but no a heck of lit if food. The tacos were... More

Very busy and hot. Sat at the bar and had 2 El Chili Verdes (basically like a spicy margarita) - very good! Tried 3 tacos - beef cheek, pork belly, fish. Good tacos - not best but ambiance is cool.

Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
The go-to area for new business start-ups, the spry and creative persona of the West End thrives along its streets. Its independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and shops offer brands that can't be found elsewhere. Buildings with ground floor consumer spaces sport up-top artist's lofts, and the West End attracts artists, designers, and fashion industry professionals to its living quarters. It is in the cross-hairs of gentrification, but still resisting it with ironic relish. Hot deals can still be found here on furniture and knick-knacks,. Its call to culinary glory is in its well-priced homemade Polish food, hosting Toronto's go-to spots for hot pierogis and cold borscht. High Park, the largest green space in the city, is a place for dreamers and poets to wander and rest, not to mention a number of energetic actors staging outdoor plays in the summertime.
