Good food , well served. So good attendance and not so expensive. It's well done e there is a special spicy sauce.

One of our first discoveries in Toronto. Ambience is great - cozy and elegant at the same time but this means that there are less tables available so we make it a point to come early evening between 6:30 - 7:00pm. We love the Beef Mushroom and Double Beef from the Stone Bowl selection and have 5 or 6 sauces... More

This restaurant has focused on doing something fairly simple well and that is Bim Bam Bap a Korean dish which features rice and a combination of other ingredients customized to each persons taste with different sauces, They do it well. I'm OK with the dish, they are efficient, fast turn around etc. I guess I just do not love Bim... More

Good portion and good food. Simple menu with fresh ingredients. Food serve in a hot stone bowl is awesome. Not busy at the time because we were early with young kids so service was excellent.

You won't go wrong having lunch or dinner at Bi Bim Bap on Eglinton. The restaurant is clean and small and the staff are courteous and attentive. They will make your meal choice to your specification. The menus is great for vegetarians and chicken lovers, though there is some beef on the menus. It is served in hot stone bowls... More

We had dinner last night and the poor server had 26 customers all on his own. The management did not properly prepare for the number of customers post holiday and most tables had to wait a long time for food, service and their bill. It took over 40 minutes for our food, which I would definitely have normally leave a... More

I've been twice now. Once for dinner and once for lunch. Same menu. Had the Kim Chi Fries as appetizer - excellent. Had the chicken Bi Bim Bap (stone bowl) for dinner and asked that it be made gluten free. Excellent. For my lunch visit I had the mushroom Bi Bim Bap and wasn't as happy. It was tasty but... More

The staff here are keen to listen to and make suggestions as to how their menu will suit. The take out version of their signature dish includes a good selection of veggies.

I've always loved good old Bi Bim Bap, and seeing a sign that carries the name of the dish made me swerve to get a parking spot right outside. This is a little cute shop right on the street. Simple and no frills. Ordered the double beef stone bowl, and my husband had the beef and mushroom. We didn't exchange... More

has a Limited Korean Menu, but would classify it as some of the best dishes. Would recommend the appetizer, The fries, Duboki(Spicy Rice Cakes) and the korean hot dog bar food. The Bi Bim Bap, is as per the user taste. But would have Soju, get a bottle 300 ml for a party of more than 2 All in all,... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
