The restaurant is self-served... The dishes are nicely prepared and tasty. The establishment is small, clean and cosy. Definitely recommend it...

The food at naan and kabob is decent and worth the price you pay. The Qabuli Palaw was decent but had too much fat in the lamb. The Mantu was actually quite nice. The yogurt sauce drizzled on top was fresh and had a touch of spices. The bolane did not do justice to this great dish; it was so... More

Paid $41 with tax for 3 big plates of food with naan. The 1/2 chicken tandoori, the lamb chops, and the lamb shank with curry chicken on the side - all were awesome. The naan came hot and fluffy, great for dipping in the curry chicken. The tandoori chicken was skinless, spiced just right, and cut into 5 pieces. The... More

Delicious food. Nice change of pace for my wife and I. We usually go to different areas, Queen east, Yonge and eglinton, etc... But this spot is a great tasty meal for not a lot of money. I've been twice and will probably go again soon.

I had the kebab for lunch one day and it was delicious. Went back for dinner another day and discovered more delicious food. Three of us shared the Mantu which was very good. We ordered 2 kebab dinners with rice and it was more than enough for the 3 of us. Its a small and busy restaurant, however service was... More

If you want to have an idea of the type of environment your food is being cooked in, take a good hard look inside the kitchen and you will immediately leave the restaurant. I ordered my food and after I was done eating, I wanted to use the washroom, for which I had to walk by the kitchen. I walked... More

We ordered for takeout , but were very impressed with the decor and atmosphere, this place had a modern, fresh and clean look to it, which was quite nice, the staff were friendly and best of all the food was great. We ordered the Waziri plate ( chicken and beef skewers with rice) and the chappli kebab and rice plate,... More

Staying in Scarborough

Neighbourhood Profile
Situated astride Lake Ontario, Scarborough is a district heavily influenced by immigration. With a number of low-rent shopping and dining options making it a highly affordable part of town, and boasting one of Toronto's largest shopping malls, the otherwise green suburban neighborhood is a good place to go for bargains and discounts. It also draws in photographers. The spires, archways, and cavernous rooms of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Palace are filled with breathtaking art, architecture, and detailed reliefs – it’s like entering a different world, The ruins of columns and installation art at the Guild Inn makes a free-for-all exploration site, while the big-name draw for young photographers is the menagerie at the Toronto Zoo. While many visitors shirk Scarborough as too suburban, its houses are some of Toronto's most mystical and haunting architectural beauties. And for adventure lovers, it has river-rafting and some unique hiking trails.
