When it first opened QMP was in a league of its own, but over time, I think it is slipping, especially in the face of so many other great pizza places popping up in Toronto. The 3-course prix fixe at now $30 just no longer feels like a deal. Service was spotty and inattentive. Yes, it was busy, but good... More

The food was good. Not outstanding, but certainly good. We both had pizza. The service was excellent on a busy night. I found the price a bit steep compared to the quality of the food. Overall, this did not stand out to me as an excellent restaurant, but I would go back.

We went to this place the first evening I was in Toronto. We went with the work crew expecting to have an outstanding pizza experience. While it wasn't bad, it wasnt so outstanding though. Options? Not as many... Very repetitive when it comes to ingredients. Flavor? Not a wow. Might be that they are rather mild when it comes to... More

An east end gem that gets better as it matures. Limited but good wine list and the pizza is fantastic.

We came back from Italy and missed the pizza there. My son loves Falasca SPQR, which closed down, so we reserved on OpenTable and drove to Queen Margherita. I remember their Dundas downtown location having slightly better food (maybe because I'd ordered Bianco), but I like the neighbourhood feel of Queen Margherita on Queen in Leslieville across from the streetcar... So, over the years this place has been a mainstay in Leslieville, and the prices have gone up, and I think they should stay at the current price level now.....but having said that, LOVE this place still. 3-course pizza dinner for $30. And the food IS great. Good wine list. Super service. Lots of young families come early, but hey,... More

Delicious family favorite. We are pretty much regulars. The sauce and dough are exceptional. My favorite is the Diavola. I also highly recommend the pistachio cheese cake and Nutella mouse. This place knows how to make great pizza! Next to Eataly in NYC, this is the best I have had.

Went for dinner a few weeks ago with my husband and son- they have a great choice for pizza and also offer a price fixed menu. The choices aren't overwhelming. The pizza is delicious - coming right out of their stone oven. Huge space so you don't feel crammed, either!

We were a party of 2 couples visiting in June for dinner. From downtown Toronto where we were staying it was maybe a 20 minute Uber ride. It did not disappoint! The character of the building is really cool and the kitchen/oven space is open for guests to view into. Service was great. Appetizers were top notch, and the pizzas... More

Staying in East End

Neighbourhood Profile
East End
The East End is an eclectic amalgamation of areas that team up to make this district one of the most multi-faceted and alluring. Home to Toronto's LGBT community hub, Gay Village is alive and pumping day or night with friendly bars, nightclubs, and cafes – its thumb is on the pulse of excitement. For a more relaxed day, the East End has the largest collection of restored Victorian homes, and its stately streets, tree-lined and bursting at the seams with affluence, often sport farmers markets and street artists, epitomized by the effusive St. Lawrence Market. One of the most gorgeous of Toronto's neighborhoods, it also straddles Lake Ontario in an area called The Beach, where you'll find folks cycling and strolling along the sandy shorelines, getting some sun or enjoying shopping, dining, and pub options. For some fabulous food, the vivacious personalities running the restaurants in the East End's Greektown is only equaled by the fun and authenticity of the street stalls and restaurants at its expansive Indian Bazaar. 'Something for everyone' has never been so accurate.
