We ate breakfast here as were staying at the Renaissance hotel. We were seated promptly by the glass, looking into the Blue Jays arena. Our waiter was Alex and he was wonderful. We split the arriba eggs benny and the banana bread french toast. Wow, both very tasty. Food presentation gets top marks too.

We stayed at the adjoining hotel 2 nights and only had the breakfast once. The first day the didn't seem to want to sit anyone. There was around 12 of us waiting, after 10 minutes we left.

We were given a voucher from the Great Experiences company for dinner and Jays game. We were seated right against the glass. Amazing sightline and unique view of the stadium. The service was great and the food was fantastic! Would definitely return if given the chance.

Make sure to make a reservation. The food was very good and the atmosphere can't be beat. The staff was very friendly. Can get pricey if you stay for the whole game and have a window view but fully worth it. My son thought it was super cool.

I was staying at the Hotel Renaissance for work & my brother's family in Toronto joined me for breakfast at the restaurant ... what a great view of the Rogers Stadium! Our server, Alexandre gave us a very hospitable morning breakfast ...the pitcher of cold fresh orange juice given on our table is much appreciated. The breakfast is fresh &... More

Situated in the Renaissance hotel adjacent to the Roger's centre, this up-scale, elegantly decorated restaurant offers a birds eye view of the playing arena. No game was on while I was there, but I guess that on game days, a table can be hard to find. The food they offer is truly high class. The Angus beef burger I ordered... More

This place rocks! Definitely exceeded my expectations. First of all, the view is amazing. A birds-eye view from the window seats. We got to see a lot more action since we were over the bullpen and also had an amazing view of the crowd and the field. Having the live broadcast piped in and displayed on the screens actually spoilt... More

Fantastic Restaurant, not only for the view of the Blue Jays field. The food was fantastic and the service was above standard. Look for Alex while you are there...he was first rate in seeing that we had everything we needed....made you feel that you were his best patron. Every meal was great including late night snack. I've been here a couple times for the Jays game. Love the food. Had the prime rib which is always excellent. We were lucky enough recently to get Grace as our server again. She always friendly and accommodating. She's our favorite waitress whenever we come to the city. The view here is amazing and very reasonably priced. I recommend it... More

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
