Locally owned franchise that now has more coffee shops than starbucks and second cup combined. Prices are a bit lower than competition and coffee is very good.

Bridgehead is my favourite coffee house in Ottawa - the coffee is great tasting (for me dark roast!), the service is great, wifi is available, and the coffee and threat is organic and fair trade. Can't beat it!

I ordered their chai latte n quinoa coffee cake. The latte was the better than expected. The cake could have been better. The staff eas very friendly and overall it was a positive experience. I'd go there again.

I'm a bit biased, because this location is in my office building, but I find this a convenient place for grabbing a coffee (or an informal coffee meeting space), a light lunch, or a tasty snack. I generally find their roasts are a bit bitter/strong, but when I'm in the mood for that, I like going here. What I really... More

This place was clean, well organized, modern, packed and innovative. Samples of carbonated coffee lined the bar and the place was packed.

It's always a shame when you go to places like the Bridgehead and receive a decent cup of coffee but are provided with tasteless food.l

I place coffee drinkers in three categories: 1) No knowledge of coffee (Tim Horton's) 2) Moderate knowledge of coffee (Starbucks) 3) Refined taste (Bridgehead) I'm a former Tim Horton's, Starbucks and current Bridgehead coffee drinker. When I was uneducated and not sure what the coffee scene was all about, I drank Tim Horton's. I was convinced to try Starbucks and... More

Had the best cappuccino in Ottawa here. Way better than StarBs. Old school awesome! This place is a must visit for coffee lovers.

Stopped by here recently while walking around the Market. I really enjoyed the decaf Latte that I ordered. They don't use any sweeteners in their lattes, which is perfect for me. The place is cozy, and offers free wifi: a nice place to stop when the weather outside is a little blustery.
