I've had spinach pies since I was 5 and I'm used to the best. The place I am used to going in Ottawa went out of Business, but I can easily say Al-Noor is currently making the best spinach pies in Ottawa right now. Sometimes they run out, so you have to go early to get the pies. I love... More

It’s good food for take out and it is fairly cheap. I like the staff as they always welcome you with a warm smile.

The pies their are really tasty, especially the meat and cheese pie, you go up to the front to order and they cook your pie in a fire oven, my only complaint is that the restaurant was pretty dirty, my meal with a drink cost just 4.50

Great place to stop on the way home from work. The pies are baked in a fire oven and prepared hot and fresh when you order them. The service is friendly and helpful. The price is crazy good...they don't even ask for a tip....which oddly enough makes me wanna leave a big tip.

This is a great place to stop for a quick and tasty meal. The menu is on the wall in pictures, and you go up to the cash to order. The pies are baked in an old-style fire oven, so you get it fresh and hot. Very inexpensive! We usually get take out and eat it at Andrew Haydon park,... More

Ordered a cheese pie, the man put it in the oven and when he put it on the counter, he wrapped it up with his bare hands. This was the same man taking money, not the one at the order point!!! Really gross to handle food and money. And the cheesepie is lackluster, not much cheese. Maybe the meat pie... More

This is a great, local Mediterranean style bakery. Lots of breads, pita and pockets. Cheese bread is our favorite. There are some table to eat in on a cold/rainy day. Opens early.

I stopped by this bakery on my way home after reading the trip advisor reviews. I love these fataya (I think this is how you spell/pronounce them). I used to go to a different Lebanese bakery over near Alta Vista but it closed down about two years ago. Since then I've been trying out every place I could find to... More
