We had a great wine tasting experience at Trius this past weekend. Bought a fair amount of wine as well and really enjoyed the friendly staff and beautiful winery in N.O.T.L.

The patio is lovely for dining al fresco. We ordered the burratta and went for a Chardonnay as a wine pairing. The waiter brought out a couple of Chardonnays for us to try. Nice touch. Nice dining experience; just a little on the expensive side...More

We had a meal early enough on a weekday with enough buffer so that we could go to the winery's tasting counter (or at least I thought). We even told the head waiter that was our plan. The bread, appetizers, and main course were tasty...More

Without great weather, a stellar view and the presence of my companion, this dinner would have been terrible. We have dined here before but not in a couple of years. I think I remember why. I found the menu perplexing. Strange ingredients...unusual combinations. It was...More

Every time we are in the area we have to stop here. Have the tasting menu, it is alway creative and enjoyable. Of course enjoy the wine. I believe the wine is priced at retail, or very close to it. You can not go wrong.n...More

This place was refined. Casual feel but lots of pride in the composition of its dishes. The piggy flatbread pulled pork was a little dry otherwise flavorful. Beet salads and Mennonite chicken were both tasty. Great afternoon on the patio overlooking the vineyard :)More

Hi, having visited the restaurant only twice... they have different areas for a group that size, although, this late in the wedding season I would expect they would be all booked out. Great place to be!

Description
Hillebrand Winery Restaurant celebrates the relationship between our land, our people, our wines and our food. Chef Frank Dodd showcases locally inspired cuisine made with ingredients from the bounty of Niagara Wine Country, and Winemaker Craig McDonald pairs them with wines made from grapes that grow in the same soil. Extend your stay in Wine Country, and allow us to arrange a private tasting in our Collector's Boutique or another Winery Experience prior to your meal.
