1st of ALL i've been to Brazilian all you can eat in Montreal.... but Nothing was even close the the one in Montreal. The Copacabana was by far the best Brazilian All you can eat steakhouse, salmon, lamb, chicken, sirloin, house salad or ceasar. There pasta salad however was dry...but ok, the special side dishes was delicious and tasty.. i suggest to try the grilled cauliflower with a roasted red orangy sauce along with there smashed crispy round salty garlic potatoes. The price per person was 60$+ tax Its a byob but they charge a 30$ corking fee, if Not order a bottle or by the glass. Note our server waitress was on the Ball .. outstanding smile with a beautiful attitude, you can tell she loves her job and a great sense of customer service, her name was ALYSHA. ASK FOR HER!More

The hubby and I decided to travel from Toronto to this location today July 26 because based on our past experience we love copa Niagara until we met the manager!!! As we sat down we noticed the meats took a little bit longer to come...out and we raised concerns...the manager came over and accused me of saying something that I didn't say...the manager words "since you arrived you started complaining that you hated being here". I was just trying to have casual chat that Covid has definitely changed everything. The manager was very condescending and stated "well you can always go somewhere else" I felt he took my statement in the wrong way but he literally was oblivious to acknowledge what I was saying. Thank God three servers were pleasant/helpful and the hubby and I decided to stay. The manager made it a point to say "I'm the manager at Adelaide and here...once again very sarcastic and if that's the case Copa Niagara and Adelaide need to retrain this particular manager....great food but the manager truly suck ed and needs to work on customer service/interpersonal skills!!More

We booked our table for 9 people for dinner. We went on time & they welcomed us well. The hostess are so friendly. Only one (out of 9) knives was dirty, and they replaced it right away. The food was good as usually (never miss...the grilled pineapple). The bill came in and I was surprised that the prices went up (I remember last summer it was $50 while now it is $60/adult). The tips is added automatically to the bill (18%), and when I asked, they told me that now it is over 6 people (not sure if this is only in Niagara, as in Oakville/Mississuaga/DT Toronto I am used that it is added when we are 10+ people). The chicken was promised but never came (we didn’t object as we were full but wished to try it). Overall, I am happy with the food and the service.More

We ate here the week after they reopened the patio. Drove 2 hours to have a celebration dinner as the kids finished school. Booked two days before and the prices all changed in that time. I asked why a 3 year old girl and an...11 year old boy might be charged the same price. It is absolutely outrageous! $35 for a 3 year old is absurd. We did not tip, and we will not return. Our meal for four was $100 more than it normally is. They didn't even charge the gratuity automatically (thank goodness), nor the special Niagara tax and it was still $100 more. Nutts to this place!More

This was our second visit and I’m not sure I will ever go back. The last time was wonderful this time was terrible. Due to COVID 19 stage 2 regulations we had to sit on patio that was great. A young man came with pastas,...my daughter had gone to the washroom so sorry no pasta for her. They then came with meat but it was the same guys with the same meats that came to our table. Good thing or we would not have even got that. We had to ask for breads, salad, pasta, the side dishes and pineapple and then wait for same excuse every time “they are filling the cart”. The other guys went to every table around us but never to ours. I was never asked if I would like another pop (sorry we didn’t drink booze). The man with deserts walked by us three times and my daughter had to ask young lady why he had bypassed us three times. We found the service was very poor thank goodness it wasn’t busy. After all this we had to ask for our bill. On the bill was a charge for the tip for $50.00. Good thing my daughter’s paid the bill I would have left nothing, a $50.00 tip was ridiculous for the service we received. My daughter’s did not leave that much but at most places the standard gratuity is 20%. I am not good at math but at $60.00 each (3 of us) doesn’t add up to such a large gratuity.I thought gratuities was for great service of which we did not get.More

I was walking down the street looking at bars with patio's. This place looked a bit more lively than most. I approached the hostess station and asked for a table for one. The first thing she said to me was are you familiar with the...restaurant setup. I looked at her a bit strangely. It's a restaurant. You order food or a drink. Apparently not with this place. She told me it was an all you could eat place. I informed her that I just wanted a quick beer. OH NO. That is not allowed. You can't just come in for a drink. I've never heard of that before. She told me the price. $60. Are you nuts. I've never paid that much for a buffet before. All you can eat was great when I was a kid. My favorite place was the Plainsman in Waterdown. My Dad used to say I had a hollow leg. Not so anymore. I'm a grazer. I eat sporadically.Buffet's are not my best choice. Even if I was still into Buffet's paying $60 when you don't even know if you will like the food is just plain nuts. When I came back past the restaurant I was shocked to see it not only full but with a line up. I swear people are insane.More

The quantity of meat served from the sword, the variety of the salad bar, the lack of cheese bread or fried bananas, everything extremely disappointing Also, we were asked”medium rare to rare is ok?” We said no, medium well please It was a churrascaria before,...now just a poor meat display for people not aware of what a churrascaria is...be original, just copy “texas do brasil” in detroitMore

Delicious restaurant that is also a lot of fun. Lots of variety of salads and meats that come around to your table and have thin slices shaved off for you. The cheddar stuffed prime rib and the parmesan coated steak are to die for. Several...chicken options also available for those who don't eat rad meat. The Pina colada is served in a pineapple! Highly recommend.More

The buffet section was always kept full, and offered many authentic Brazilian tastes. The amount and selection of grilled meats was amazing. Full of flavour, and they always seemed to be nearby, for when you were ready for more. We didn't care much for the...dessert (only 1 option), but by then we were so very full, we didn't need anything more. The entertainment was fantastic.More

I was told about this restaurant by a friend, so I picked it for my birthday meal. It was the first time that I have ever been to this type of restaurant. The meat comes to the table and the waiters slice pieces off for...you. The meat was well cooked. The baked pineapple was the best thing that I have ever had- it is so juicy and it melts in your mouth. I did find it overpriced. The waitress was rushing us and she didn’t even bring my birthday cake. Everyone should try this type of restaurant at least once.More

I have been many times and never found free parking. There is a paid lot in walking distance and the price fluctuates on the time of year and if it is a weekend. We paid 30 for an overnight spot I think it was half that... More
