We had heard that this was a great place to eat, but we found out otherwise. We had reservations, and had requested a quiet table. This was not provided, and the tables are so close together you are almost on top of each other. I...More

The restaurant offers fine dining and offers a good selection of seafood. We particularly liked the starters. The Price range is medium to expensive. All deserts were homemade, they were ok but not as good as the starter and the main courses. Below the restaurant,...More

This restaurant had fallen off my radar, so to speak as I seldom venture downtown with the chaos caused by the construction of our new glorious convention centre which will become a boondoggle for us tax payers. My niece and her husband were visiting from...More

The Five fisherman is one of the best seafood restaurants in downtown halifax. You will be amazed by the unlimited mussel bar with 4 sauces. The seafood selections include lobster and fresh local fish.
