Went for dinner while we had company in town- specifically for a scallop dinner. We were told they were running out of scallops ( think they downsized the portions to compensate). Staff was very friendly and we did get a free piece of pie..... food was good but not as good as expected.

John and Andrea, thank you for making a dull overcast day the high point of our weekend. I read the reviews on TripAdvisor and decided to make their Restaurant our lunch stop, unaware the place was more than good food. We were greeted immediately by Andrea and following her suggestions had the platter. Fish, Clams and Scallops a home run... More

A local resident recommended Antonio's and said they had the best scallops in Digby, which is known for its scallops. We were not disappointed--they were excellent. This is a husband-and-wife operation and they worked hard. Portions were large, food was tasty and service was great.

We tried the seafood platter for two. It was amazing. Fried haddock, clams and scallops. The amount was huge. The light crispy batter let the flavor come through. Everything was obviously fresh. We ate our fill and had lunch with the leftovers the next day. Nothing fancy but the fact it was filled with locals is telling.

We stumbled into Antonio's after a fairly long drive, and unfortunately my partner wasn't feeling too well and we got my meal to go. I had the chicken burger, but after seeing all of the pictures of the great scallops and fish and chips, I wish I would have been able to order those. I got the chicken burger as... More

After a long drive from Meat Cove then getting a bit lost on the way - Andrea was so gracious and welcoming as we stumbled in about 15 minutes before closing time. This dinner was hands down the very best we had during our visit. My husband had the scallops and I had the fish and chips, both were incredible... More

Antonio's is a small family restaurant in a small town and is not fancy or tony in any way, but it is a good restaurant for a small town area and likely the best around Digby.
