This restaurant just got a face lift inside which creates a more open atmosphere and not so crowded. The food is good and the service is great.

During a recent visit to Sydney, I decided to find a breakfast spot downtown and thought to try the Maple Leaf. Unfortunately, the timing wasn't great. It looked as if two student-age guys who seemed to be cooks had decided not to show up until late that morning. One of the waitresses had been in the back cooking and was... More

Very inexpensive Sleepy Bee breakfast, which was tasty and good value. Recently renovated and I still smell paint. Locals seem to frequent based on conversation.

Great spot to go for a quick breakfast. Bacon and eggs is always done perfectly. Omelettes are really good. Reasonble price.

It is dark inside as someone said, but after my eyes adjusted it was fine. Service was prompt. We ordered the lunch specials. My wife had the hot turkey sandwich, and I had the hamburger deluxe. Both were served quickly, and both were very tasty. The vegetable soup that came with the hot sandwich was excellent. We would come here... More

i had a nice breakfast here when i was staying at the holiday inn waterfront. I discovered that tim's was closed on a Sunday. I ordered the breakfast. Bacon was the way I liked it. Not bad for a breakfast with hash browns, and tea for under $10. It is not fancy. Lots of locals and this place has been... More

The service in this dank hole some restaurateur has lost their soul in, is mediocre at best while the cook hasn't quite figured out Canadian qusine. If your taste buds love badly cooked tasteless dishes this is the place for you,me I would rather not.

Had the vegetable soup and chicken salad sandwich. It was tasty and pretty simple, comfort food. Inexpensive too. Nothing fancy here but it was a good place to stop for lunch.
