This a a mom and pop restaurant, with good food, a little bit pricey but food itself is good, friendly staff with great service. Food is fast in being served. Recommend but be aware of it being a little pricey.

When Sense of Japan first opened it was great - I would say a four star- portions were just right, the place was clean and the staff were accommodating and took pride in the restaurant, the service was fairly good, and they were open according...More
A bit expensive, but so good! Normally I would never eat sushi from a buffet, I'm very picky, but the rolls are to die for. Also try the spicy UFO. Yummmmm! Service takes a while but is worth the wait. They take the time to...More
Love the all you can eat buffet and the sushi rolls are really good (dragon roll, rainbow roll, and spicy tuna/salmon rolls). Definitely worth a try!

If you crave Japanese food and are looking for it in Antigonish… DO NOT GO HERE! The food is mediocre at best compared to other Japanese places I have been to. The value is alright if not for the clueless staff who clearly do not...More
I have eaten here 20+ times. I usually get the chicken oyakodon (yo co don). My spelling might be off but it's a huge bowl filled with rice, topped with chicken fried in egg with onions. It's 12 bucks and comes with a miso soup...More
