The best pizza in St. John's! Regular visitor but I just don't like the serving of the wine in a tumbler. I know the staff say it is the authentic way wine is served in Italy but not the Italian regions I have visited.

The Stephanie pizza was delicious! The service was prompt and friendly. A giant step up from my regular friday night pizza.

I was only here once because I thought the pizza was way overpriced and the place is too small and noisy.

I took my wife here a mid afternoon on a Saturday for an early dinner. Really like the decor and the smell of fresh pizza being baked when you walk into the restaurant. The lunch time combo of pizza and salad is an excellent value. For something on the spicy side I highly recommend the Amanti Della Carne Speziata pizza... More

These Pizza's are as close to European as you will get in this city. Only issue is wine served in plastic glasses. Wine glasses and European music would enhance the experience.

We were there as a family (with a 5 and 7 year old) for dinner. I have dined at the other location on Elizabeth Avenue also. The food was great as usually. Can't really go wrong with wood fired pizza. The service, although it wasn't really busy, seemed a little lacking; timing of drinks, appetizers, check-ins throughout the meal. I... More

The food was tasty, but to be honest it was just pizza, however the service was awful. We were a party of five, two of the starters arrived, closely folded by two mains. When I pointed out that some of the group hadn't got their starters, we were told "that happens some times, because pizza cooks quicker than some of... More

Gourmet pizzas unlike anything you have ever tasted! Good selection of antipasta/appetizers. My grandkids love their chocolate pizza for dessert. I prefer their tirmasu.

Fabulous food, great atmosphere and great staff. This is one of our go to restaurants for any day of the week because you are never disappointed with the food or service! I enjoy that they text you when your tables ready as it allows you to grab a beer of a little extra shopping in while your down in the... More

Full disclosure, I get the same pizza every time I go - the "Stephanie" - crispy prosciutto, goat cheese, pear, balsamic glaze. I do mix up the soup and salads, which are also fabulous. Great place for kids too as the food does generally come pretty quick.

Piatto is a gathering place centred around a passion for fine food, fabulous wines, friends and family. Check out the little gems we've come across—diverse wines from across the globe, authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizza, coffee and fabulous desserts—all in a casual atmosphere and with reasonable prices.

In our world, authenticity is big. Our pizzaiolo use ingredients and procedures regulated by the Italian governing association (VPN)—so you experience a "true" pizza like you would find in the energetic pizzerias in Naples, Italy (but without the airfare).
