My colleagues and I went for lunch at Saucers on Friday. We have often been there, and the food is always excellent. We had a short time frame, having to hurry back to work. It was clear that the restaurant was VERY busy - the waitress seemed a bit frazzled when we asked if we could order immediately as we... More

Try to dine at Saucers Cafe whenever we make a trip to city. It has become our favourite lunch hideaway. The food is great, service is always friendly and helpful. Try the soups, delicious. Thank you

Saucers is a charming restaurant on Academy Road. We went on a Monday night and were able to park right in front of the restaurant. My mother who is 96 appreciated being dropped off in front and being able to sit in a chair with arms. Four of us had a delicious light supper. Lovely when you don't want a... More

Enjoyed an amazing variety of sandwiches & wraps with a cheese & pickle platter for a catered work lunch. Delivered right on time. We ate every last crumb!

As usual our Saucers lunch & get-together was very pleasant. Our food choices were tasty and attractively presented. Although busy for the lunch rush, the atmosphere was cozy and conducive to conversation. Our server was friendly, efficient, yet unobtrusive. One suggestion would be small rolls or, a few slices of bread on the table. We will be back !

What a great stop during a tiring shopping trip. A nice cup of organic tea and a sandwich really hit the spot.

Great long term staff, delicious food that is made from scratch and great variety on the menu. I usually come here for a lunch or dinner. Recently ordered a catered lunch for work, and the platters were very well reviewed by everyone.

If you are planning to meet friends for a relaxing lunch and conversation, look elsewhere! We're a group of four women who have been visiting Winnipeg restaurants every six weeks or so for about 25 years. Based upon a recommendation, we chose Saucers for our dining option. We made a reservation for noon during a Saturday in December and looked... More

This is very unfortunate to hear to say the least. The fact that you had a great meal with your friends, and it seems that you have nothing negative to say about the products we provided or the service given to you during your meal. The issue here seems to be that you visited a busy restaurant on a weekend.... More

some of us had dinner as we came direct from the office and some just dessert and coffee. The Rice Bowl with peanut sauce and snap peas was great and just perfectly done and I shared a piece of blueberry sour cream torte which was good too. Think I would have preferred something chocolate in hindsight but oh well...next time.... More

Thanks so much for the great review! Next time you are in, ask one of our wonderful servers to show, and let you smell the tea we use for the iced teas! I assure you we have no syrup in our teas. We add cane sugar to sweeten them :) More
