Close to end of polar bear season and it showed. Staff just seemed more frazzled than friendly, but the pastries were good and everyone seemed to be trying really hard.

We had dinner and dessert here one night - the food was dry and tasteless but we were hungry. The desserts were so good that the next morning we were treated with a whole box of pastries from our group leader.
Went there for lunch each day while in Churchill. Great food and owner. Owner came over and personally thanked me for coming. Great cheesecake, apple fritters, chicken chunk sandwiches, ham and cheese sandwich. Basically everything was great with reasonable prices

Yes you can get a meal here, but even if you don’t want a meal, go for the bakery! Fabulous apple fritters, Boston creams, tarts, pies etc.
