Really .... It was exquisite from start to finish. The service was wonderful and the recommendations of our server were spot on. The Piscou Sour was the most amazing cocktail! Can't wait to go back.

Went to Rim Rock for a special birthday while visiting my son in Whistler. A little way out of the Village (any closer would spoil it), and a nondescript entrance, but the experience was fantastic! We had excellent service and the best food of our entire holiday. Not cheap, but worth it for a special occasion in Whistler.

Have gone here once a year for the last three years and have yet to have a bad meal! Servers are all fantastic and very attentive. Great selection of local produce, meats and fish, and a great wine list!

Great experience from start to finish. Not to miss while in whisler. Don't leave without trying the Spaetzl, it's one of the best things you'll ever taste.

We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine and a perfectly well served rib eye. We also had the pecan pie (excellent choice) and the pudding - great finish to really nice evening. Service was great - both at the desk to get a seating even though we didn't made reservations- and also at the table, Sarah made our evening very... More

4 stars only because we had a miserable waiter who was extremely rude and dampened the experience just a little. The food was delicious and it was still worth going.

They certainly live up to their reputation! #1... Had dinner there this evening, marvelous beverages, food was magnificent, fresh, cooked perfectly, great ambience, supersmooth waiter, and by far the best food up at Whistler! I'll be back with friends!

Description
In its 23rd year, the Rimrock Café has delighted diners with its innovative, fresh cuisine and emphasis on the finest fish and game, artfully prepared with inventiveness and flair. The restaurant is consistently recognized as a local’s favorite for atmosphere, service and a sublime eating experience. Behind the large glass window of our lit cellar, all manner of wines from the glamorous and recognizable to the intriguing and new seem to hum seductively. Two fireplaces cast an ambient glow over the chatter and energy of our rustic dining room. In summer, enjoy your meal on a sunny patio. The seafood antipasto for two is the perfect start to your meal. Stunning presentation meets succulent, vibrant flavor among the six exquisite tasters. Try our Venison tenderloin, served with a porcini cream and homemade spatzle. For the seafood lover, our main course Trio is a harmony of seared Ahi, nut crusted Sablefish and grilled prawns. Complete your meal with Whistler's favorite desert.
