This restaurant is one of my favourite places to eat in Whistler. The food is always great and consistent. My favourite dishes are the oysters, mushroom salad and seafood dishes.

Nice atmosphere, good food. Great choice for a nice dinner... coat check was convenient too! Wine selection was decent as well. Not my absolute best experience but still a solid B+

The food at Rim Rock is of good quality and prepared well. The menu never seems to change and certainly lacks creativity. Staff service is stuffy and self important.

We have been going to Whistler for the past 18 years and we always, make sure to secure a reservation. The food is all fresh and prepared to bring out the best flavor and texture. Sit back and enjoy the ride

We recently visited Whistler Canada for a week of skiing on one our last night we dined at the Rimrock Cafe. The outside of the restaurant looks like a converted motel but do not be put off by its exterior. The inside is was very inviting with lots of wood accents. The food was delicious and enough for us to... More

Our group of five had an early dinner here the first night we arrived in Whistler. Two of us arrived a half hour early and spent some time at Rim Rock's great bar. We got a great table near the fireplace for dinner. My appetizer was their beet salad, which was great, but I would describe it more as perfectly... More

We had a party of 8 including 4 children ages 12-14. The service from Jason was outstanding and the food was some of the best we've had (and coming from New Orleans, LA, that's a big deal). I would highly recommend this dining experience when you are visiting Whistler. The menu is very fresh and they are extremely flexible as... More

We are frequent visitors to creekside and used to come here a lot. I have to go back a few years to a horrible experience at the Rimrock. We went with friends and our son who is allergic to nuts. We told them several times about the allergy and were assured they would look after it. After a great dinner,... More

Probably one of the best place I have ever eaten at. The service was quick and nice always making sure the food was good. The appetisers arrived within of us ordering, I order the pork belly and scallops which were exquisite. The scallop was seared to perfection and melted in your mouth. For the main I order the rimrock trio with... More

From food to service, this restaurant tops my list. Our server was the friendliest, kindest server I've ever come across. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. I think it may have been Kelly? A local frequenter recommended the lobster bisque. I’d say it wasn’t AS flavorful as some other lobster bisque’s I’ve had, but it definitely didn’t taste as buttery and... More

Description
In its 23rd year, the Rimrock Café has delighted diners with its innovative, fresh cuisine and emphasis on the finest fish and game, artfully prepared with inventiveness and flair. The restaurant is consistently recognized as a local’s favorite for atmosphere, service and a sublime eating experience. Behind the large glass window of our lit cellar, all manner of wines from the glamorous and recognizable to the intriguing and new seem to hum seductively. Two fireplaces cast an ambient glow over the chatter and energy of our rustic dining room. In summer, enjoy your meal on a sunny patio. The seafood antipasto for two is the perfect start to your meal. Stunning presentation meets succulent, vibrant flavor among the six exquisite tasters. Try our Venison tenderloin, served with a porcini cream and homemade spatzle. For the seafood lover, our main course Trio is a harmony of seared Ahi, nut crusted Sablefish and grilled prawns. Complete your meal with Whistler's favorite desert.
