Stopped by for breakfast and was expecting a standard meal experience. The restaurant was busy and we were placed in a fairly high traffic area. We order an omelette and fruits parfait. The barn omelette...turkey and veggies was amazing good. Fluffy and filled with veggies and real pieces of turkey. The parfait was very tasty. The homemade jam was so... More

We called in on a cold spring day and really enjoyed our meal next to the open fire. We had the mexican soup and it was fantastic. Our only criticism would be was that we would have prefered real milk for our tea rather than the little sachets.

Hi Peter, Thank you so much for enjoying our delicious soup and I feel very sorry for the sachets that degraded your dining experience. Based on your criticism, we can provide fresh milk if some customers have preference. Replacing sachets with fresh milk for each table is not easy for us right now, to be honest. Thank you again from... More

We wanted something authentically Victoria, and this 130 year old spot was perfect. Our group of 4 came for breakfast and enjoyed fresh free range eggs, a variety of eggs benedict, delicious pancakes, french toast, sausage and bacon. This is such a cute place, the coffee is delicious, and our server was friendly and on target with quick service and helpful... More

All I can say is put some effort into making food better! Think of the person on the other end. I know I owned and operated successfull restaurants. We were walking around to seek out a quaint local breakfast haunt, and found Willie's Cafe. The breakfast drink selection was extensive, teas, coffees, hot chocolate, lattes. My daughter had a matcha green frappucino that was outstanding. I ordered a coffee and asked for hot steamed milk on the side, good idea. The eggs benedict was delicious, free range eggs... More

We had a lot of fun trying to hit up as many local spots on our recent trip, and glad this one fell into our path. My daughter even declared that the next time we come to Victoria we are going back to this restaurant. We hit the early bird specials which were great priced and tasty. Belgian Benedict I... More

Hi C&BM, Willie's is so lucky to be one of your tries in Victoria and we're so proud that it gave you and your family a happy dining experience. Fantastic! Speaking of the Early Bird Special, with in-house coffee included, it's only $7.95. The eggs are free run eggs, frankly speaking, it's a great deal. And also, the Early Bird... More

Went this morning for breakfast. Just happened to walk by. We had a 222 breakfast and a turkey mushroom omelet. Eggs were very very good. Sunny-side up a must. The breakfast sausage very tasty. My wife commented: "It is the best turkey omelet I've ever had". Service was prompt and courteous. I would not be offended to pay 5$ more... More
