Amazing service. Hotel poorly planned elevator access for trolleys for luggage and wheelchairs. Food service was fantastic.

Stayed on the 10th floor and a king suite. Great view of the harbor. Room was excellent and large. We sat on the balcony each evening and watch the boats and planes land while drinking wine. Parking was OK but spaces are small and there needs to be a place for large trucks and SUV's to park. They take up... More
Loved the location - nice, quiet area of downtown within walking distance of the parliament buildings, harbour and associated attractions and a large variety of unique restaurants. Stayed here 8 years ago and loved the view of the harbour from the top floor, but on the 5th floor this year all we could see were the other hotels now built... More
This Hotel provides great views from the Harbour side. Also, We'd recommend a higher floor to help improve the view. The rooms are well set up and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The Hotel is also close to downtown, chinatown, several other great tourist spots, and Fisherman's Wharf. Great location to branch out from.
The appetizers are very good and are well portioned. The braised beef was excellent. A serving of the blue cheese cream corn was the highlight of the entre. The restaurant is a nice jewel in this part of town.
We stayed at the Harbour Towers four nights over Christmas in a one bedroom suite. Our 11th floor suite had a great view of the ocean. The hotel itself is a little dated (elevators, hallways) but our room was furnished with newer furniture and carpeting - so no complaints at all. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The hotel... We booked this place on a whim after we decided to spend NYE in Victoria. We were looking for relatively inexpensive so our bar was not too high, but have to say we really lucked out. The suite had a great view of the inner harbor- perfect for watching First Night fireworks! It's right across the street from the ferry... More
My wife and I enjoyed our recent work Christmas party in the main conference hall at the Harbour Towers. The catering was wonderful and the wait staff were funny, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this for ANY office party! :-)
The best part was booking through the BlackBall ferry line. If you book that way, you get free parking for your stay (which is quite pricey normally) and free breakfast (value of $14 per person) for each person booked. The room itself was very nice except for the odd smell. I couldn't identify it but it was noticeable. Otherwise, it... More
This was a super hotel. We booked it because we are a family of four and require a lot of space. The twobedroom suite was perfect! The staffwas helpful, breakfast was great (nice service!) and the pool was warm (if a little small, oh well). Well equipped gym. Very clean hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer. Also very central.
