The hostess was very kind and helpful and remembered my name. This is a newer establishment it seems. Cute little area on Cook street where you can buy meat, seafood, weed, organic groceries and supplies, etc. I had the formaggio pizza and my husband had the calzone. They were both good but didn't make us feel like we ever needed... More

This is a very busy little restaurant in the Cook Street Village. The pizza is delicious....and there are many to choose from. But you wont find the common pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper! Try one of the unique flavours. The crust is amazing!!

The green salad for $9.00 was nothing more that a couple of lettuce leaves with a measly amount of dressing. This isn't salad. It's lettuce! Overpriced and uninspired. Don't order this. We ordered 3 different pizzas and all were soggy and undercooked. When we voiced our disappointment with our food, the "manager" attended our table and instead of taking our... More

Ok, we have reviewed a few pizza places around the world. Sent here by our Italian chef friend. Well worth the walk to cook st village from the downtown core. Excellent pizzas , the two of us shared two. Very authentic Italian pizza. Appropriate amount of toppings, cook very well. Service is very good. Highly recommend.

My husband & I were celebrating a sunny Spring Sunday with a trip to Victoria to see all the spring flowers & the tree blossoms. An acquaintance had mentioned that the pizza at Prima Strata was exceptional. So, we decided to give it a try. We shared the Capricciosa Verde Pizza: basil pesto, house ham, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, olives, fresh... More

We have been looking for a real good pizza place in Victoria and we finally found it. Authentic Neapolitan style pizza, fire roasted, fresh ingredients, excellent crust, and the variety of pizzas available. One quick note, I had to order out, because the place was packed when we decided to try it. So my review is primarily focused on the... More

Best in Victoria. But if you are up for a 15 minute drive, 900 degrees in Langford is even better and less expensive.

We enjoyed the wood fired pizza while sitting at the bar and watching the chef make our pizza. We had the pizza capriccio Verde and it was delicious. There were lots of customers enjoying pizza which is a good sign. The Chef was friendly and seemed organized. Wine and beer were available but we didn't have it with our lunch.

Due to a recommendation from the drugstore next door, I came to sit in Pizzeria Primastrada and be served by Courtney. She was helpful in suggestions and I settled on the Blue Sky natural soda for a beverage, Pollo panna e pancetta for my main and Affogato (chocolate gelato in espresso for dolci) - my sweet. My drink was served... More

I had heard about this place for years and finally tried iT. Went in for take out. Pizza definitely lives up to its reputation. Really good, well made. Really busy so had to wait a bit (about twenty minutes). Staff was professional but not overly friendly. I would go back though!I recommend parking at save on foods and walking over... More
