I wrote earlier that the guitar music was awful - a few months later we returned to see if the situation had improved. The musician on Friday May 26 was terrible. The music selections were completely out-of-character for the room (you don't go to Bacchus...More

We were in the Wedgwood for one night only as part of a three week tour of Western Canada. We invited a guest to the Bacchus restaurant on the ground floor where we had the best meal in Canada; yes, it was expensive but impressive...More

Bacchus serves the best afternoon tea in Vancouver, but that's not a high bar to jump over. Good afternoon teas, British style, are rare outside the mother country, since scones and cakes are often museum pieces, tea is lukewarm, and service is spotty. Bacchus is...More

We met a colleague for drinks and proceeded to stay for dinner. We had the salmon crab cake & the shrimp blt. Amazing. The ambiance was perfect with lovely piano music.

Great breakfasts and dinners. The staff is wonderful, as is the food--both for breakfast and dinner. The piano player adds just the extra something to make an evening dining at the Bacchus special.

Good food. Good ambience. Wonderful staff. Wine recommendation was just right. What else can I possibly say except a minimum of 100 characters seems silly.

Granville Street
Granville Street spans many, multiple city blocks and
