If you decide to eat lunch here, like we did, you will receive yummy food but pricey for the small portions. I had the cup of Manhattan clam chowder. It was so good but I totally was left wanting more and was surprised by the...small size e of the bowl for the $8. I then had the prawn cocktail which had 5 huge prawns for $19.50. My hubby had 3 decent sized and yummy meatballs for $16.50 then he had the Wok chicken for $14.50. He felt they were an overpriced and somewhat fancy chicken nuggets.More

We visited on a cool fall day and chose the patio to enjoy the views of coal harbour. The patio heater was good and the ladies were helped further by the blankets our server provided. My Cedar Plank Salmon was perfect and the Coal Harbour...Burger included a very generous serving of fries. I'd like to visit again to dine inside as the restaurant has a lot of warm character.More

We had a lovely meal with a family member visiting from Ontario. We had a lovely window seat overlooking Coal Harbour. Unfortunately we were seated right near the singer/entertainer and while he was very good it made conversation very difficult as we had to shout...while he was on. It is a really nice room. Tables are nicely space apart. A check was done upon entry for proof of vaccination and identification. Service was very good. We had 2 orders of prime rib and 1 rack of lamb. For dessert we shared a crème brulee. The food was very good and reasonably priced. It was easy to find parking on the street.. All and all it was a nice visit with our friend and family member.More

Our kids treated us to an anniversary dinner here and we all went together. Plenty of seating for large or small groups. We have different likes/dislikes of food in our family and everybody was happy with their choice ( our vegetarian daughter found that there...was plenty to choose from ). The views are really nice here too with the harbour, and North Van mountains in the distance. The place is on the seawall and it was a nice stroll here from our hotel, the walk back not so much ( pouring rain ), but it's easy to hail a taxi or uber.More

Went here after having oysters at another local place. We did not have a reservation so sat in the bar. We shared an order of sablefish. The food was excellently prepared and very tasty. We also shared a bottle of wine. The bar was very...comfortable and had live entertainment on the evening we were there. Service was friendly and efficient. The food is a bit pricey but worth the money. We would eat here again.More

Had lunch on the deck and this was awesome. Food was very good, service was excellent and the views were great over the harbor. Very well worth going. Had a little wait for a seat but they were very well organized and wait was not...long. Did not eat inside but this also looked very good.More

We stopped for lunch on our way back from a walk along the seawall to Stanley Park. It was raining by the time we arrived at Cordero’s and we were so pleased to see that the patio was protected from the rain so we could...safely eat outside. Our table was very comfortable. The waitress was lovely and very attentive. I had fish and chips with local fish (yum) and my son had the spicy octupus and loved every bite of it. Cordero’s has a great selection of BC wines which I loved because I always do my best to eat and drink locally while on trips. Would definitely go back and it is now on our list of favourite places to eat in the city.More

Cardero’s is a homely mid scale restaurant with a beautiful view of the harbour. Tucked into booths and family-style tables, there’s not absence of good food and conversation. Definitely worth going, would recommend sharing the seafood platter, amazingly cooked meat and fish. Special thanks to...Meghan for great service and kindness! Would recommend.More
