We've all done cooking classes, but what happens at Dirty Apron is exceptional. From demonstrations to hands-on cooking, it was well-organized and super fun. Great equipment, varied courses, printed recipes to take home. Went with family friends...would do it again!

This place is a gem, if you are in the area drop in and check out the food. I had sandwich (fish) and a couple of their amazing salads.

Really enjoyed the evening at "Friday Night Bites" cooking school/dinner at the Dirty Apron. The "other side" of this store/deli/cooking school offers the option where you watch a demo by a chef, then each cook yourself at a Wolf range before eating together; however, the...More

This cute little cafe is a great downtown lunch stop. Their ingredients are fresh and price is decent in comparison to the amount of food you get. I recommend checking out their daily features as they often have tasty gems such as homemade lasagna and...More

This is a unique cooking class set up. Fabulously well equipped teaching facility with Wolf ovens and grills and very well organized cooking class. This particular night was a grilling class. So we did Steak Sliders, Flatbread Lobster tails, and grilled pineapple.

A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and
