I LOVE Salmon n' Bannock. First of all, it's important to support indigenous-owned businesses because sadly, they're far and few. If you want a REAL Canadian culinary experience, you must eat here. Eating at Salmon n' Bannock is eating as native and local as you...More

Amazing food! The talented Inez suggested the bison tonight. It fell apart when I touched it with my fork. Simply fantastic. There were some great Indigenous wines on the list as well. Thank you.

Wonderfully intimate experience with positively divine courses! My friends and I ordered an assortment of appetizers and were beyond pleased with our selection. Each dish was beautifully presented and full of complementary flavours. The staff were warm and friendly. I can't wait to go back!

We are Vancouver's only First Nations restaurant. We specialize in wild fish, free range game meat and of course bannock, freshly baked daily. We use traditional ingredients that we prepare and present in a modern way. In our small casual bistro everyone is welcome as they are. In the spirit of First Nations' traditions, our intention is to provide a gathering place where the focus is on the people and the food. Inez (Nuxalk Nation) and Remi Owners
