Samosa was dried out. Falafel was okay but I feel ill now. Won't go back. Used to be better. I was disappointed.

I have eaten here several times - it's one of my favourite places for a quick, satisfying and inexpensive meal. Their falafel pitas are outstanding and they make them up very quickly after ordering. There are tables to eat in or you can take out. It's in a small, busy, corner mall at West 10th Ave. and Alma, so parking... More

Falafel was not freshly cooked...they just shoved it in the microwave. Although they offer a wide range of condiments, they were pretty light on the application. The falafel wrap I ordered was very, very dry. SO had the chicken wrap. It was pre-prepared and then kept in a steamer container. He also commented on the lack of sauce in the... More

I pop in to pick up the chick pea salad and the falafels... the smell is always so inviting... the rest of the food I am not overly impressed with... it's ok... nothing spectacular...

We wanted a quick lunch and ducked in here. The food is certainly reasonably priced and it is quickly delivered. However, our falafels and dolmades were warmed up in a microwave on a previously used plate. Although filling and reasonably flavourful, we both ended up with stomach aches that afternoon. Next time we'll go around the corner to Broadway.

Work near here, go there regularly, the people are friendly and the food is great. On weekdays they often have a chicken bun for around 3$ that's almost an entire meal.

Stumbled upon Mac Falafel while waiting in the car, the smells coming out of the kitchen of roasting chicken and lamb were awesome.... Had a great chicken/rice/salad for $7, it was huge. Went back the next day for lunch and tried the Falafel pita sandwich....$4 and huge.....nothing fancy but great food!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A family run restaurant that makes superb home-made meals and they offer friendly service. The price is right and it's a clean place. If you just want to grab the food an go, it's a 5 star rating, if you want to find a comfy place to sit, then this isn't the best place for that and would have a... More

Staying in West Point Grey

Neighbourhood Profile
West Point Grey
West Point Grey is one of the city’s oldest neighbourhoods, especially known for its easygoing and admired beachfronts. Locals crowd the Spanish Banks and Jericho Beach, especially in the summer, where a sprawling view of the English Bay awaits. The central village is an oasis of sovereign shops, many of them in local operation for years. The neighbourhood has a more personal feeling to it, and can be a wonderful and much-needed break from the bustle of big-city life, being a little haven of peace and quiet with an almost village temperament in the heart of Vancouver.
