Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stop in here on occasion to grab coffee. The coffee and lattes are average. Today we tried the cinnamon bun. We took one bite and threw it out. Worst cinnamon bun ever. The icing tasted like sour cream. Bitter and sour. I’ve never had...a cinnamon bun this bad. It was disgusting. Won’t buy again.More

Our favourite place in town for breakfast, lunch or coffee and a doughnut. The wraps are stuffed full and tasty. The staff are very chatty which is great but not so much if you’re the one waiting in line.

Loved every thing about this place. Very wet soggy morning but queue out of the door. The Bronut was worth the wait . A must visit if in Tofino.

Great coffee, amazing donuts, and overall great atmosphere. We were able to relax and have a coffee before a day of sight-seeing. Lovely little place.

We went along for breakfast, the queue was out of the door. We ordered 2 x savoury bagels, 1 x sausage 1 x Bacon. Both were very tasty. We also order. 2 x cappuccino regular size. We both felt the coffee was too weak. More...like a latte. Food good but the coffee wasn’t the best bean I’ve tasted.More

Traveling with my sister and we both enjoy a good coffee to get the day started. The donuts were great and they also had some vegan options. The coffee however was just average and I couldn’t really understand what all the hype was about.

The location is nice right on the main strip . We wanted a regular medium roast drip coffee but they only had dark roast so we ended up getting an Americano. We arrived late afternoon so the donut selection was minimal I think we had...a choice of 4 different types. I had a Pistachio Strawberry filled doughnut and hubs had a Boston cream donut. Our total for 2 coffee's and 2 doughnuts came to $19. That would've been alright if the doughnuts were good but they weren't. They tasted more then day old and were dry. It was a bit disappointing since we've read really good reviews. The coffee was just average IMO. Perhaps if we arrived in the morning the experience would.ve been better.More

Pricier than Tim Horton’s sandwiches, the sausage bagel and avocado egg sandwich were popular with tourists. The coffee was good, and I was glad for an accessible washroom and cheesy hash browns after a long carride. Although we could have sat indoors to eat, we...bought a dozen different donuts and hopped back in the truck after checking out the surf shop next door. If you’re on a tight schedule or catching a water taxi, then order ahead and give your name when you arrive for pick-up. Free wifi is also available if you want to order online and avoid the line-up out the door. Don’t forget to add tie-dye socks or a Rhino bag with your order as souvenirs!More

This is the cool spot for coffee and donuts. I found the coffee a tad too hot and bitter. But everyone comes here to hang out.

I was recommended this cafe by a friend prior to our Tofino trip and it absolutely lived up to all expectations. Great vibe with excellent food, drink, and baked in-house donut options!

My wife says it is the best Pesto Turkey sandwich with real turkey! My triple grilled cheese sandwich was amazing! The drinks were great as well (I had a mocha and my wife had a chai latte). Very cheerful and friendly staff! It was well...worth it to wait in line. The service was fast and the line moved quickly. If the inside tables are full, there are lots of benches outside.More

As a fellow islander, this place use to be great now its just expensive meh. We got the breakfast bagels and their famous doughnuts. The bagels were ok, but the doughnuts were horrible. You buy a boston cream to have cream in the centre and...a hard chocolate shell top. There was no cream in both doughnuts and the tops were wet with a cheaper chocolate topping. Then the cashier put both doughnuts in the same bag on top of each other. I dont buy $5 doughnuts to have no filling and tops ruined by the cashier. We will not be returning. For $30 for two people without drinks, you are better off making it at camp.More

Mind you, it wasn't cheap, but for the money it was a very tasty filling meal. I ordered a breakfast wrap ($15 Cnd) and americano ($5) plus tax and tip. Total was $24 but the wrap was very good and I felt very satisfied. The...room had plenty of seating, the washroom was clean, and the atmosphere was a quiet peaceful buzz. Free wifi worked well. Staff were polite and efficient.More
