I didn't realize this was a chain, as when traveling I like to try the local places. The fish was a bit scrawny but it was a nice serving of broccoli and rice pilaf. Otherwise just average.

Had our second time @ Joey's. Have never had such light batter anywhere else. Asked the owner how it's done. They use some kind of a gauge to maintain the lightness. Cost is very moderate and worth a visit. Lots of parking is a plus.
