We have dined here on several occasions and always found it to be very good. The service is good, the food is very good and the servings are all you can handle.

We've been told that this restaurant is in a century old home, very quaint indeed. We started with Caesar salads and a oyster rockefeller (to share) with beef tenderloins for our mains. There was no more room to satisfy our sweet tooth.

We met up with friends here for dinner last month and it was a really nice evening. Don't let the old school appearance of this gem put you off. The service was with a smile and a bit of sass and the food delicious! We've...More

We're so glad this favourite is still open as we've savoured many birthday and anniversary dinners here. It's always an occasion to eat here, and tonight's birthday celebration was terrific. As vegetarians, we especially enjoy the various veggie schnitzels and prima vera spatzle. Desserts are...More

After finding this restaurant highly rated on TripAdvisor I was excited to try it. I ordered the Charlotte Schnitzel, it was actually quite bland and not properly seasoned. But is was nice and crisp. It was described to be topped with shrimp, crab meat, scallops...More

Has anyone tried the poached Red Snapper dish? We've been invited here by a friend and while I'm sure they do great German food, I really do not like schnitzel or heavy cheese sauces/stuffings. I know poached fish isn't their specialty, but I hope it might be ok... otherwise, it's the lentil soup for me! Your thoughts?
