We recently visited this location for the first time. My meal (steak sandwich) was very good. But the other 5 people were not overly impressed with their meals.. what I was disappointed in was the cheesecake. We ordered a plain cheesecake with strawberries. It wasn't anything special in fact I can't believe they served it. The cheese cake tasted off... More

Family dinner, lots of different things tried. Appetizers were well done and interesting. The entries were OK, but not special. Desserts were huge, very smooth cheesecake, gigantic apple tarts, lots of high quality whipped cream.

We arrived after 7:00pm on Mother's Day. Lots of parking, lots of tables and booths open, hostess says - Do you have a reservation? No we replied. Oh, is a high top okay? Sure we say. It was NOT busy - did I mention that? We sat at a table for 10 minutes. Nobody even acknowledged us and the high... More

Meeting friends on Sunday for lunch was a challenge. Only the Restaurant 'Chains' were open. My friends and I gathered at the Cheesecake Cafe after 1:00 pm. It was full of 'after church people' having 'brunch'! We were nicely settled in a comfortable booth. One friend ordered Breakfast (eggs Benedict), and the other two ordered Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Healthy pieces... More

Not certain what constitutes a chain. However, I get your meaning, there is more than one of us. We are locally owned and operated but must live up to exacting guidelines as outlined by the Cheesecake brand. More importantly to your comments. Our chicken lettuce wraps come with a 4 oz chicken breast, each one sautéed to order. We review... More

What is there not to love about this restaurant? Fresh cookies when you walk in the door, so you can eat dessert first while you are waiting for the menus. Great menus choices for lunch and dinner. This place seems to always to be busy whenever we get there, so that is a good sign. I have been trying different... More

I tried the two eat for 30 $ offer and I was extremely positively surprised. The service was great. We opted for cafe chips as a tapas. They were crisp and tasty. I ordered a steak as an entree. The waitress asked me how I want it to be cooked. It was perfectly served and I fully enjoyed. The cheesecake... More

My wife and I had the 4/30 menu option that was really delicious and a great value. What set the evening apart was the epic service from Faith. She was so energetic and fun, and provided awesome service. Listening in on her interactions with other tables, she also knows the menu very well! She made what was an already enjoyable... More

I'm absolutely thrilled that you had such nice experience. Faith is one of our superstars who has been at the cafe since she was 15 and has learned our service inside out. Thanks for pointing her out with a compliment, she was excited to hear about your review. More

The adult dishes where somewhat disappointing and overpriced. My wife had a small adequately cooked piece of salmon with some frozen mixed veggies and a scoop of plain rice for $23. No sauce, no attempt at plating ... we typically have better for weekday meals prepared at home, obviously for much less. The kids grilled cheese and hamburger were as... More

Obviously we are never happy when our guests are unsatisfied. I will address some of your concerns and perceptions as best as I can. We carry one size of salmon, this is an 8 oz portion which we grill over an open flame. A kids portion is half that size. When plating this dish there is a Maple Chili glaze... More

When the place first opened we had a great meal there. We went back last summer, ordered the same things, and everything tasted terrible.

If you could be a little more specific we would take your comments and improve our business. We acquired this place in the summer of 2014 and have worked very hard on all aspects of our business. We believe that our efforts have made a huge difference in the overall satisfaction of our guests. We do believe that we should... More
