We've been eating at Captain Scott's for years and have never been disappointed. Your meal is made for you only once you've ordered, so you never get soggy fries or heat lamp fish. Other reviewers have described their quirky menu which offers lots of choice for everyone in your party. We typically have cod and chips (and oh my, what... More

I love this fish and chips restaurant! This is where I go when I am craving real fish and chips (not fish sticks from the freezer). The pieces are big and very meaty, without too much batter (which is also really good). It is consistently good and the owners and staff are very friendly. I don't go very often, but... More

We all had the cod special. It was well cooked -serving portions. Possibly a little small based on the price. The food quality was great The cook was very friendly. Loved the service. My finally thoughts, great food and service. Maybe priced slightly high for the serving portions...

We came here because of all the 4 star reviews. The place is very clean and the owners are friendly, but we were disappointed with the fish that we got. My parents had the halibut and I had the cod. The cod was good, but the halibut was dried out. It was frozen before it was cooked and this was... More

Closest fish n chips to our new location. Was busy, strangest menu I've ever seen with Asian bubble tea and appetizers. The combo platters just didn't have the combinations we were craving so we got individual fishes instead. Took some time to get our meals and they didn't have ingredients to make bubble tea either, should have a notice up... More

We went to try Captain Scotts on a whim. I love classic fish and chips so I had high expectations. I loved the friendly service. Service was definitely a 5/5! It is a clean abd well lit place for sure. The wait was a bit long but it means fresh food so it was worth it! The portions of chips... More

You just can't beat their 1 Piece Cod and Chips lunch special with soft drink. The service is always friendly and the piece of chocolate is a nice touch. I try to eat there once a week.

Having moved from England some years ago I was always on the look-out for fish & chips as good as from there. Unfortunately every Fish & Chip restaurant has come up short. Until I tried Captain Scott's Fish & Chips. Although a bit on the expensive side, they are the closest to English fish & chips that I have eaten... More
