Great Brazilian steakhouse.. the variety was great, the service was FANTASTIC. My only advice would be to go earlier in the evening (say 6 or 7, at least on weekdays) for best selection etc.. We were later, but it was still fantastic.

An excellent salad and appetizer bar. I particularly enjoyed the artichoke hearts (a personal favourite), seasoned cauliflower, seasoned mashed potatoes and coconut rice. The beef stew was a nice touch too. We bypassed the pork and pork enhanced selections, but the beef, lamb and chicken...More

If you like meat, this would be the place to go. The atmosphere was good and the self-serve salad bar/ side bar was delicious.

It is Rodizio style where they come to your table with different cuts of meat (beef, chicken, lamb and pork), grilled pineapple and grilled cheese. All meat cuts were excellent choices. This is in addition to the salad bar and the hot items bar (including...More

Went for early Father's Day dinner and had a great meal. Arrived early, seated promptly, and started eating. Skewers of fresh flavorful meats of various descriptions arrived in a steady stream. All good. Recommend the pineapple to help with the digestion. Beware you will have...More

They charge kids for their age. So our 5 year old we paid 5$ for but our youngest one who is 3 was free, so you'll pay 4$ I assume..

Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!
