The food was average - we have had much better meals for half the price. Fish was not fresh. A dish described as coming with asparagus came with one stalk.

Good food but really would like to have tried the evening dinner atmosphere. Lunch was ok but nothing more than expected as far as a lunch goes. I would certainly recommend it though.

The Calamari. Best I've ever had. The combo of flavour and cooked to perfection. Not chewy or rubbery At all!!!! 10/10. Even my colleauge who 'doesn't like calamari' dug in for seconds. Great service Great atmosphere. The owner came around to see where we were from and if we enjoyed our meal. Best pasta I've ever had. Restaurant visits for... More

I do not like to give bad reviews. I would rather chalk it up a bad single event, forget it and move on. This restaurant was different. The owner’s reaction and lack of concern brings me to share our very bad experience. If you need some credibility, check out my profile and other reviews. When we booked our 28th wedding... More

We went in after reading rav reviews. We ordered the Calamari which was $16 & the Spaghetti & meatballs were $24. The menu states that the food is made to order & that it can take up to 40 mins to arrive; which I thought was acceptable given that it will be made fresh. However when the Calamari arrived it... This is the type of restaurant everyone should support. One that has been in our community for many years and has such a touching story behind it with the unfortunate passing of it's original founder and owner. The story itself is pretty touching and the fact that his wife and family have chosen to continue on with Marco's legacy almost... More

I have recently brought a good friend of mine to this quaint Italian restaurant in Bridgeland. I had been there a few times in the past two years. While the owner has died his wife, the new head of the establishment is continuing to build upon the legacy. She is doing a great job. We were not too hungry, so... More

Four friends who had never been in Calgary before, ate at La Brezza. Thanks to our wonderful waiter, Philip, we made it to the restaurant -- our GPS could not seem to get us there, but Philip guided us by telephone. Once there, we had a delightful meal, starting with some very good bruscetta. Each dinner loved the entree -- whether... More

My partner and I took a cab to the restaurant. It is in a quant neighborhood outside of town. The restaurant was the owners home, though not much of any home remains inside. It is bright and cheerful. The owner is the original owners daughter, and her daughter was the server. It definitely felt like a family run business. I... More

Went here a couple of times and the appetizers were especially delicious. Noteworthy were the calamari. It was not your typical deep fried calamari but was served with a tangy and spicy primavera sauce. Service was a bit slow.
