WoW ! What a great place to dine . We live super close in Willow Park and don't get a chance to eat out much because our kids can be quite fussy. Coming back from a long drive we figured we might as well have an easy Dinner and take advantage of Chiantis pasta night. The kids had a blast!... More

My family and I have been here a couple times before and I just can't say enough about this place. The Sunday Monday and Tuesday 8.99 pasta is amazing. My kids are five and seven and love this place, the service is amazing, the prices are great even on the regular days, the place is always busy (which is a... More

It is hard to find a good, reasonably priced place for lunch that isn't stupidly busy. This was my second time here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Italian is not my go-to cuisine, but it doesn't mean that I don't appreciate it. I decided to venture a bit away from the norm and I ordered the Salmon Del Festa (Salmon... More

My husband and I are trying to do the low carb diet, but I just needed something different for supper tonight. Upon checking out the menu, I discovered you could substitute spaghetti squash noodles for the pasta! Wonderful! We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and got the spaghetti squash noodles. It was so good, I felt I was having a regular... More

I absolutely love this place. Super friendly down to earth staff. Great food especially from a value perspective. Unlike many other Italian restaurants in Calgary that frankly are way overpriced. Spaghetti, penne, whatever should never be over $20 a plate. Yet many restaurants try to make you pay for elegance or a nice wine list. Comfortable atmosphere, good food, and... More

We hadn't been to Chianti for awhile so we were surprised to see it had been totally renovated and modernized. Nice look but we missed the warm coziness that used to prevail. As usual, the food was good basic Italian cooking at a reasonable price. Service was friendly and efficient. This is a good neighborhood restaurant for a decent meal... More

My wife and I had been to the downtown location a couple years ago and thought it was alright. However, our second experience was well below average. Overpriced wine, dry bread, lettuce served as salad and forgettable pasta for $60. Never again.

Well, we've had bad experiences ending with sickness two out of the three times we've visited in the last 18 months. In contrast, in 20 years in Calgary I can't think of any other times we've been throwing up 3-4 hours after a meal, so I didn't write a review when it happened once, but now that it's twice I... I used to be a regular customer here. However, it all changed one night when I tried to find a table for my wife and my 1 year old son. I came in to check if a table was available while my son and wife waited in the car out front. When I got in, I saw the entire back... More

We go for dinner here a couple times per month. We haven't had a meal that wasn't great. We go for their menu deal (sun-tues) for under $10. Add an appetizer & some Italian red - perfect dinner. Family friendly, variety of options (including vegetarian, gluten free options). Service is always friendly & atmosphere good. *Is an open space, so... More
