When Michelin reviewers decide to come to Canada, it will be worth their while to visit the restaurant at Post Hotel. The owners' passion for exquisite food and wine exudes in the repasts prepared by their talented chef. Must try- the miso marinated black cod, the buttery lobster with tagliatelle, the very tender caribou, to name a few. The 25,000-bottle... More

What attracted me to come to this restaurant is its 2015 Wine Spectator Grand Award and its excellent ratings by TripAdvisor reviewers. It is indeed an excellent restaurant. My wife and I both had the cream of zucchini soup and Alberta range-fed Angus beef tenderloin. The waiter recommended the Hess Collection 19 Block Napa Valley wine. It matches the food... More

The food and service at this restaurant is superb! We ate breakfast here twice and dinner twice; so were able to try many different meal options. My husband said the pancakes were the best he has ever had anywhere; the waffles he had the following morning were also excellent. I enjoyed the cold buffet breakfast with homemade muesli, granola, fresh... More

Went for dinner with friends, we had a burger and nachos. The nachos were great but the burger was nothing special. It has a great atmosphere though and I would return for the nachos and good service

We had lunch just today-OMG how wonderful. Once you get past looking at a 60 page wine list with over 25,000 selections-stop and order lunch-we (4) all had different entries and all were presented with out a flaw-there wait staff is very professional- if you are in a hurry, pass this place up-we were never rushed-if we were asked once... Splurged on a great meal. We knew it going in and were not disappointed. Wonderful food and service. First class.

The food at this restaurant is good, but by no means great and not worth the money. We ordered the chateaubriand - it takes 45 minutes to cook and it just tastes like an average piece of steak. They also seem to not know what medium temperature is, which is a shame when you're waiting 45 minutes and paying $112... More

This was our favorite restaurant during our 17 day trek through Alberta and BC. The atmosphere was great, the service was great and the food was excellent and the setting is great too. I highly recommend that you eat here.

The restaurant at the Post Hotel in Lake Louise Village is not to be missed if you're a lover a fine food. Our server was excellent, and I apologize that I don't recall his name. The caribou was the best steak I've ever tasted and the veal medallions were large, tender and delicious. They make their own ice cream. We... More
