We came in (a family of 10) Our server was absolutely wonderful. Order was right; food was delicious, and there was lots we did not leave hungry, and service from our server as great. She was very friendly and informative as we were travelling. We would definitely recommend the Spaghetti factory.

Since it was busy, we had to wait at the lounge for a bit but the bartender was awesome:) The service was really quick and the food was excellent.

We went to the Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner one evening... the kids all enjoyed the food and the parents appreciated the quality of the food as well as the extremely reasonable price. Definitely a place to visit if you want to go out for a family meal in Banff without breaking the bank.

Great dinner choice. We decided on an goat and flatbread app. our entree of baked lasagna included. Soup or salad finished with a small dish of ice cream and coffee at an incredible price. We enjoyed

You get what you pay for, it's no Michelin star restaurant but it's pretty good considering how cheap it is and the deal that you get a starter, main, dessert and tea or coffee. I would recommend the lasagne but the feedback on pastas like the bolognese was that it tastes just like tomato sauce on its own. The drinks... More

I ordered vegetarian lasagne. All pasta came as a set with bread, soup or salad, drink and ice-cream. The combo is enough for one person and it was at a reasonable price. The taste was general.

Much of our food did not get served to us. We were in that place for a little over two hours waiting for our full meals. Oh we got bread, which was clearly not sourdough, contrary to what was stated in the menu. Got appetizers, and then that's it. Exactly how long does it take to make spinach salad, or... More

First the good: Lots of choice. the soup was okay. Bad: For a place with spaghetti in the title, the spaghetti was below average. This is like the Cheescake Cafe having bad cheescake, Fat Burger having bad burgers. The salads were obviously stale bagged, and made us a bit ill. My kids used to love this place, but it has... Saw positive reviews and checked out restaurant during the day. It looked clean and neat with a few diners. It reminded me of an old-fashioned family diner. In many ways it was. It was full of families and kids all in for the reasonably priced food - and mains all included soup or salad to start along with bread, and... More

It's budget, it's simple.it's crowded and nevertheless: good value for money and not bad at all. Housewine surprisingly good. You could do worse! Service efficient and friendly.
