We had our wedding reception here, and am happy to say the service was exceptional, every single one of our guests was amazed by the flavours of the food. Isabelle and her staff took care of every single detail and made us feel right at home. Food prices are reasonable and the wine list is fantastic!!! Thanks so much Isabelle!

Visited with a local friend for the "locals " breakfast deal. A basic breakfast of bacon and eggs , served with potatoes and toast. All washed down with fresh coffee. Best breakfast ever, nope, but at the price charged a good value plate of food to get you going in the morning. Fresh , hot and cheap, now that's a... More

We went with our two children (9 & 11) for supper. This is our third day in Banff and this was our most enjoyable meal yet. The service was excellent - genuinely friendly, efficient and professional (which was a challenge with their credit card machine down). The meal started with a generous portion of fresh bread. The Chateau Briand was... More

Great Monday night special with faboulous value for the price. Nice diining space and was seated in the corner window table. The greeter notice right away that we were looking for a quiet table and we did nothave to ask. Great servicre, just enough attention without bing in our way. And great warm bread!

For a not cheap restaurant in Banff you'd think they'd put more effort into their breakfast offering. Granted, they're mostly serving customers from the very average Irwin's mountain inn, but it really was nothing special. Terrible cappuccinos, undercooked potatoes and eggs, our kids wouldn't even eat their pancakes! After that experience I wouldn't bother going there for dinner.

We have been visiting this great restaurant for the past five years and can not say enough about the atmosphere, people, and most importantly the food and prices are outstanding. We recommend it to everyone we meet or we visit with all our visitors that come to visit us.

I have come in on a few occasions both with my partner and a group of friends. The 12$ Mexican night is really the only reason I would ever suggest this place to anyone. It's been pretty average food & atmosphere each time I have been. They are always short staffed anytime I have been in - the staff are... More

The restaurant is slightly away from the downtown area, but still on the main street. It was recommended by our cab driver. Despite that it looks a bit old from the outside, we still gave it a try. We had a delicious Chateaubriand for 2, the steak was prepped well, super tender and service was good and friendly. They also... More

Food was tasty, service was friendly. Pace of food prep was satisfactory. It is attached to the hotel we stayed at, which made it convenient to go to on our check out day.
