Some people call them funnel cake, bar claw or elephants ear at the Stampede or K a days but it is the same yummy goodness no matter what you call it. I prefer mine while still warm and fresh 😊

You cannot go to Canada without getting a Beaver Tail. This place has such a big variety of them! We all got a different kind and shared and there wasn't a bad one in the bunch! I think my favorite one was the simplest, cinnamon!
