One of the most elegant, traditional and fine restaurants in Puebla city downtown. It is inside a Museum and regional fine arts products, but if we want to taste sophisticated mixed with traditional flavors of Mexican food this is the place. Rather than to recommend a plate I suggest try several. Additionally as in all Mexico, service is always outstanding.

Excellent service, nice looking place a couple of good dishes. Main course was horrible. I cook, I eat at a lot of restaurants, this was bad. The chef came up with this disaster he had to of tasted it before putting it on the menu. We split the entree this (see pics) my wife had two of them I had... More

I am a big fan of this restaurant. The food has the authentic flavors of Puebla cuisine, from the bread served with chipotle butter and amouse bouche of the season (It was fresh nogada sauce when I visited). I had the Huauzontle dish which made me had like a Ratatouille moment that brought me back to my aunt's house when... More

We made our reservation at 1pm, to arrive at 3:30pm. We got there at 3:20pm, had to wait 10 mins for the table to be ready, not a big deal. After one hour of wait, they weren't able to serve us a single Cesar's salad. Very bad service from the waiter, the captain and everybody at the restaurant. At 4:40pm... More

Was here on a conference, so it was a prix fixe menu. Food was good, service was good, and loved the traditional mole poblano. Would have liked to have ordered off the real menu, but was definitely happy. Loved the dessert arrangement too.

We came here for lunch when we visited Puebla with recommendation from a friend. We ordered the Molly Chicken, a Tuna dish and another grilled chicken dish. We were quite disappointed with the chicken dishes. They were all too dry and tasteless. The only reason I gave this place a 3 star is for the decent service and the tuna... More

Not only delicious, but also beautiful. Modern and traditional food at the same time. You should try Mole Poblano.

Gorgeous interior with an open courtyard and separate rooms for dining. Formal linen setting in the dining rooms, menu available in English, staff (speak little English) attentive and happy to see us. It was cold in the morning but table side heaters are available. Ordered a latte (small and a bit weak), hot cakes, french toast and fresh squeezed juice.... More

Dining in the courtyard was a lovely experience. The service was superb, the food excellent. It was a quiet respite from the street noise and there was no loud music!!
