The restaurant is currently closed for normal operation, but have kept soldiering on, keeping their standards up to the usual standards. We had to choose a time-slot for pickup, all goes into the boot of the car - being honest, although no problem for us,...this would not work too well for a dinner party for 6 - each serving individualized, plate for plate. I'm the world's least smooth driver, but all went well. Our house was M-starred, just for the evening. We were a little worried that the attestation did not have a box for going to pick up a takeaway, but how else can this, or any other, restaurant hope to survive. We loved the experience, bring on the lockdown!!More

Me and my husband decided to spent my birthday in the restaurant as per recommendation to my hubby’s grandma who went there and dine in. We had a “menu découverte” and we were static on how they prepared and present the food to us. It...was a delight to our palate. The servings were just right and there’s always a hint of little surprises in between. We enjoyed every meal of it. The service was on the track, enough time for us to enjoy and indulge the excellent food. The staffs were all friendly and nice. The price is right for a 1 Star Michelin Restaurant. Highly recommend in Cotes d’armour!More

This relaxed, pleasant restaurant takes its food very seriously. We had the 'Menu Plaisir' in which a succession of highly sophisticated dishes were presented with no fuss or pretension. Maud was well-informed about each dish, featuring local produce, original and delicious flavour combinations, and exquisite...cooking. The spider crab with guacamole, squid ink crisp, and mango was sublime. The whole menu was was well-balanced, from light and subtle to rich and satisfying. Chef Guglielmetti is a genius. Restaurants in London, Paris and Los Angeles could learn from the warm welcome that ensures the pleasure of each guest. Thank you Ville Blanche - we will return.More

We went, two couples, last evening, knowing that the place was in new hands, M and Mme Guglielmetti having taken up the reins from Jean-Yves Jaguin. This is one of very few restos this far west in Brittany to hold a star, so it is...especially dear to us. Well, by last night's visit, we were impressed by the whole experience as Yvann G. has wisely decided not to make much change in the carte and menus. The service at table, Luc and his accomplices, were inherited from the previous, so, for the moment, all goes well. We shall be back probably at the end of March and we'll see if things follow on. The menu decouverte at €50 has to be recommended, as does the wine list, some impressive wines at unusually fair prices.More

As we have a secondary house in Perros-Guirec area, my wife and I are going once a year to "La Ville Blanche". Not only because it's very good, but also because there is less and less good restaurants around! Last week we had a very...good dinner, enjoying the very good menu amical (50 EUR) with multiple "amuse bouche" , then the raw Tuna "tartar" for my wife, and a fish "St Peter cold with artichockes for me. Delicious and inventive. After, as a main course the very good "Sweetbreads", (although the size a little bit small for me). The service of the young waitress and waiter + a butler has been very professional but friendly. The wine list is good, although quite expensive (but the wine -thanks to our Chinese friends- are globally more and more expensive!). So I continue to recommend this wonderful restaurant, also because a 50 EUR menu it's a real bargain for a 1star Michelin! Don't miss it!More

Excellent classical cuisine with very reasonable prices. Good wine-list and kind service. This part of Brittany has amazing local produce and this restaurant is a great place to try it. Will definitely visit again.

We visit this wonderful restaurant every time were in France, and this summer it was a delicious as ever but with a slightly lighter menu - less foie gras - and some superb new dishes. Definitely fine dining - treat yourselves to the Menu Amical...- with superb service and a warm welcome from madame Jaguin, surely the most stylish Patronne in Cotes d'Armor, and like her staff, she speaks excellent english.More

This is the third one star restaurant we visited in Brittany. The two others, Rackham in Roscoff and Pomme d'Api in Saint Pol de Léon have a more original cuisine but I am reluctant to be critical towards this one: taste is very subjective and...objectively everything was very good. I did not find the marriage of the nem of vegetables with the Saint-Pierre fish very felicitous but it was a brave try. The chocolate cake was wonderful.More
